Event Description

The Beaver Dam Pepper Festival promotes the cultivation and use of an heirloom pepper plant of Hungarian origin that found its way to Beaver Dam in the very early 20th Century and was propagated here with its seeds sold throughout the United States for decades. This pepper plant in America has always been known as the Beaver Dam Pepper. Start the morning off with Apple/Pepper Pancakes! Other pepper infused food options will be available throughout the day including catfish bites, Beaver Dam pepper pasta, ribs, a pie social and more!

A chili cook off, raffles and entertainment will be part of the festivities.

The Beaver Dam Pepper Festival is located in the parking lot of the Park Village Shopping Center, just northwest of the Highways 151 and 33 Interchange, in Beaver Dam.
